More uploads, better rankings and a new phrase?

Today mobzo.com is 3 months old!

Thousands of you have visited mobzo and viewed the mobile content that people have uploaded via their phones. A big thank you goes out to you and all the people that have joined or uploaded their mobile files. Keep em coming : )

We have 167 full profiles and we've had 408 camera phone photos & video clips uploaded by the public. This makes us happy because it means our website is being used for what we intended it to be for.

Our Alexa rank has grown rapidly too. Two months ago we were ranked 21,000,000 and today we are ranked 480,000 most popular website in the world! Did you know there are millions of websites on the world wide web competing for your traffic!

I've also noticed a new phrase that's being used to describe using websites like mobzo. It's called snomping and it means Social Networking On Mobile Phones. Hey that's exactly what mobzo is all about!

This means that the industry that surrounds our website is also getting more popular. I guess that means their will be more mobile social networks surfacing! Oh well, we'll just have to add new features every now and then to keep mobzo.com a fun place for mobile Internet surfers to meet new people and share their mobile photos and video clips!
